Return & Exchange
Return Policy (Applicable for 2 days post delivery):
Returns Policy : We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Garment must be unworn with tags intact.
User shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the User. Refunds will be given as vouchers or store credits. Refunds do not include delivery fees.
The products qualify for returns only if:
- the product(s) delivered does not match the User’s order; or
- the size of the product is different; or
- the product(s) have already expired or are about to expire (in less than 3 months); or
- the product(s) delivered were damaged.
Cancellation : Cancellation of orders can be done only upto a 24 hours.
However, before you return a product, please understand how our products all Silkwaves’ products are handmade. These are created by different artisans resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. We would also request you to look at the size chart well and ask us any doubts you have about sizing before you order with us.
If the User wishes to replace the product(s) with respect to the colour, quality, size, etc., then the product(s) can be replaced. However, replacements are subject to availability of the particular product and are at the sole discretion of the Company.
1. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized as per your choice.
2. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
3. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the the balance would be given in the form of a credit note.
4.Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
5.No discount will be given on exchange orders.
